Patient Information

How to Prepare for your Treatments

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that can be rolled up to expose lower legs, arms, and abdomen. If possible, give yourself extra time so that you are not feeling rushed and out of breath at the beginning of your treatment. Allow extra time after your treatment so that you can remain relaxed, easing back into the rest of your day.

After A Treatment

It is best to avoid excessive activity, stressful situations, strenuous labor, alcohol, recreational drugs, baths, showers, hot tubs, sauna, massage, and sexual activity after a treatment. We realize it is not always possible to follow these guidelines, however, doing so will maximize the effectiveness and longevity of your treatment.
